There's Luxury in Comfort at City of Dreams Manila

When you hear the word Manila, there's only one picture that you can imagine: traffic. But little by little, it's starting to change with infrastructures that offer the most relaxing stay in the bustling capital. Places that you can do shopping, dining, vacation and entertainment all in one place.
I believe you already know what I'm talking about. It's one of the newest luxurious resort, hotel and casino in Parañaque City's entertainment city gaming strip at Aseana Avenue.

On the outside, the place seems like a gold mine with its yellow glow and boxy structure. While inside, City of Dreams houses an array of amenities with endless possibilities for entertainment.
We flew in for Blogapalooza connecteD in COD and stayed for two nights on Nobu Hotel. We were also treated to a comfy sleep in one of its Deluxe rooms. Complete with extra soft mattresses and pillows, a cozy restroom, fast room service and a view of planes flying out of NAIA by the window, it was truly unforgettable and a good night's sleep was apparent.
Aside from the comfy 2-night stay, we also had a scrumptious breakfast at its restaurant, and to tell you frankly, the food there was divine. It was truly a breakfast fit for royalty, with a wide selection of New American and French cuisines. Surely, it was my favorite part of our stay in COD and Nobu. Also, on the way to the restaurant is a zen-inspired pathway that also leads to the pool. That part of the complex was rather alien since it feels like you're not in the Philippines with how it was designed. The view was eye-candy and is perfect for photo opportunities or just plain relaxation.
Nobu alone is already packed with amenities that deem necessary for a hotel, but they're taking it a notch higher by making your stay extra special with approachable and courteous staff; always attentive for your needs.
Apart from the excellent hotel & restaurant, we also got to experience the thrill of endless entertainment with the many shops and stores inside and an amusement park called Dream Play.
One of the most unique food parks is also in COD. The Garage, which doesn't only contain one of the most instagrammable collection of food stalls but a Virtual Reality Arcade as well.
There's plenty more of what you can do in COD and these are the only ones that we got to experience in between our tight schedule during Blogapalooza but nonetheless, our stay was short but sweet. I would definitely come back to COD to explore more and try to play in the Casino if time permits.
