Jollibee and DreamWorks Team Up for ‘Forgotten Island’ Adventure

What happens when Filipino-inspired mythology, friendship, and Jollibee come together? Fans are about to find out as Jollibee and DreamWorks Animation team up for Forgotten Island, a new animated adventure arriving in Philippine cinemas this September.

The global partnership celebrates the themes of friendship, family, and Filipino-inspired storytelling featured in Forgotten Island. To mark the collaboration, Jollibee Philippines is also launching a limited-time Forgotten Island Adventure Bundle, complete with special menu items and an exclusive Friendship Charm Bracelet.

Jollibee’s Forgotten Island Adventure Bundle

Starting September 16 in Metro Manila and September 23 in other regions, Jollibee customers can get the limited-time Forgotten Island Adventure Bundle at participating stores nationwide.

Priced at ₱389, the bundle includes:

• Peach Mango Pie à la Mode with Vanilla Soft Serve

What Is DreamWorks’ ‘Forgotten Island’ About?

Forgotten Island follows lifelong best friends Jo and Raissa, voiced by Grammy and Academy Award winner H.E.R. and Filipino actress Liza Soberano.

The two friends are preparing to embark on separate paths after graduating from high school. During their final night together, they discover a mysterious portal that transports them to Nakali, a magical island filled with mythical creatures inspired by stories from their Filipino families.

Their adventure takes an emotional turn when they discover that returning home comes with a devastating price: they may lose all their memories of each other.

With the help of a group of unlikely allies, Jo and Raissa must navigate Nakali and find a way to preserve their friendship before they forget one another forever.

Filipino Mythology Meets DreamWorks Animation

One of the film’s notable elements is its inspiration from Filipino mythology and stories passed down through Filipino families.

The film features an international voice cast that includes Dave Franco, Lea Salonga, Jenny Slate, Manny Jacinto, Dolly de Leon, Jo Koy, and Ronny Chieng.

Among the characters is Raww, a well-meaning but hapless weredog voiced by Dave Franco. The friends must also face the Dreaded Manananggal, voiced by Filipino theater and screen icon Lea Salonga.

The film is written and directed by Joel Crawford and Januel Mercado and produced by Mark Swift, the filmmaking team behind Puss in Boots: The Last Wish.

When Does ‘Forgotten Island’ Open in the Philippines?

DreamWorks Animation’s Forgotten Island, distributed by Universal Pictures, opens in Philippine cinemas on September 23, 2026.

The Jollibee collaboration will allow Filipino fans to celebrate the movie beyond the cinema, combining the film’s themes of friendship and togetherness with one of the country’s most recognizable dining brands.
