URC clinches awards affirming its place as among Asia’s best workplaces

Universal Robina Corporation (URC) continues to earn recognition as one of the best companies to work for in Asia. The company recently received several awards that highlight its strong workplace culture, employee programs, and use of new technology in human resources.

For the third year in a row, URC was named one of Asia’s Best Companies to Work For by HR Asia. The award honors companies that care for their people and create an environment where employees feel supported and motivated.

URC was also recognized for its recruitment innovation and use of artificial intelligence (AI) in HR management at the HR Excellence Awards Philippines 2025.
