Cebu Pacific Beefs Up Vis-Min Connections

Offers special seat sale

Cebu Pacific (PSE: CEB), the Philippines' leading airline, has reached 88% of its systemwide capacity and has allowed more passengers to fly easily across its widest domestic network.

As travel restrictions in and out of the Philippines continue to ease, the airline continues to work toward restoring its full capacity and puts focus on boosting its Visayas-Mindanao hubs.

Currently, CEB flies 340 flights a day on average, across its 34-destination domestic network and its 18-destination international network.

“General Santos City has always been an important hub for the airline and we continue to see a growing demand for travel in and out the southern Mindanao. We remain committed to give passengers more options to travel easily so they may safely revisit their favorite destinations,” says Corporate Communications Manager Michelle Lim.

This means passengers can conveniently book a long-awaited vacation or plan an unexpected trip to the sun-kissed tropical beaches of Bohol, Boracay, or Coron; and other vibrant destinations like Iloilo, Cebu, or Manila.

To spur more people to travel, CEB recently launched a special seat sale for the Vis-Min hub with a base fare of just PHP 188 per way. Seats are still on sale until July 27, 2022. These are valid for travel from September 1, 2022, up until January 31, 2023.

CEB currently flies 21x weekly from General Santos to Manila, 4x weekly to Cebu, and 3x weekly to Iloilo.

"Our direct flights not only enable faster connections for everyJuan, but even a more efficient cargo transport in and out the SOCCSKARGEN area," added Lim.

With its 7-star safety rating from airlineratings.com for COVID-19 compliance, CEB is upholding its commitment to maintaining passenger confidence in the airline industry. It continues to implement a multi-layered approach to safety while it operates with a fully vaccinated crew, 95% of whom have been boosted — all to ensure every Juan flies safely and conveniently on Cebu Pacific.
